Guild is a U.S.-based career opportunity platform that helps major employers like Target, PNC, PepsiCo, Hilton, and Spectrum provide education, upskilling, and career support to their employees at no cost to the worker. By connecting working adults, employers, and learning providers, Guild opens access to life-changing career paths. We were invited to build a scalable illustration system that integrates seamlessly with Guild’s brand, expressive, editorial, and human-centered. Together with the client, we explored visual metaphors, tested stylistic directions and levels of abstraction, and arrived at a symbolic, risograph-inspired vector minimalism: flexible, distinct, and designed to grow with the brand.
