Brand Strategy & Communication Design for Dot's Behavior Consulting

Client: Dot's Behavior Consulting

Brand Strategy & Design: Kato Trofimova (Hey Kato Studio)

Dot’s Behavior Consulting is a small U.S.-based trauma-informed therapy practice working with children on the autism spectrum and their families. The founder of Dot’s Behavior Consulting is a professional behavior analyst and the father of a neurodivergent child, which makes the work deeply personal. We were invited to create the full visual identity from scratch — a system that feels human, structured, and calm. A brand without noise. Something that says: we see you, we care, and we’re here for the long run.

Creative Idea & Visual Concept

The core idea behind the visual identity is simple and honest: in Applied Behavior Analysis, dots represent measurable progress, data, and every small success. For Dot’s Behavior Consulting, dots are also families, children, and moments of connection. Here, the dot became a design metaphor and helped to create a full visual language — modular, intuitive, and emotionally warm. The dot is used to build icons, patterns, and layouts. It is the most minimal form of attention, and in this identity, it becomes the quiet core of the brand.
